We’ve been building Administry for about a year. Today we’re opening early access.
Here’s what it is: a business operating platform that replaces the stack of disconnected tools most small companies run on. Entity management, payroll, contracts, vendor ops, payments, compliance — all connected, all in one place. One data model, not fifteen.
Here’s what it isn’t: another integration layer. We didn’t build connectors on top of existing software. We built the thing itself. Your people, your entities, your vendors, your money — they all live in the same system and they know about each other automatically.
What’s in it today
Entity management with your full business structure in one place — entities, ownership, and relationships across your organization. No more maintaining that in a spreadsheet.
Payroll that actually does payroll. Federal withholding, state taxes across most of the US, benefits deductions, and clean accounting entries created automatically after every run. No separate reconciliation step.
Vendor and contractor management. Assign vendors to products, route orders automatically, track fulfillment in one place. Works whether you have one vendor or fifty.
Contracts and e-signatures, with templates that pull from your existing entity and contact data. No copy-paste.
Payments across the methods your customers actually use — card, bank transfer, and P2P. We built real-time matching for Zelle and CashApp so those payments reconcile automatically instead of landing in a spreadsheet someone checks twice a week.
What’s coming
Customer portal. More state coverage. More on the compliance side. And some things we’re not ready to talk about yet.
Why early access
We want to build this with people who are running businesses — not demo it at them. If you sign up now, you’ll talk directly to the team. Your workflows will shape what we build next.
If you’ve ever spent a Sunday night reconciling numbers between two systems that should have been connected from day one, we built this for you.
